| Abstract: | The appearance of police-assaulted cases not only seriously invades the police rights and interests but also challenges the authority of police law enforcement and dignity of law enforcement.What＇s more,it defies,provokes and tramples on the dignity of national laws.Broken Window Theory tells us that if minor violations are tolerated unprincipledly,people＇s law abiding sense will be diluted and they will get a hint that violations do not matter and will be dealt with humanly,which may lead to rise in quantity and scale of illegal behaviors,social disorder and finally may lead to the damage of established systematic environment.To reverse this trend,the most effective way is to adopt the zero tolerance countermeasure immediately. |
