| 摘 要： | 在全球毒品泛滥的趋势下,新西兰吸食和制造毒品的情况也日趋恶化.新西兰通过非法制造和进口形成了一个很大的国内冰毒市场,其国内制造的冰毒基本上采取以进口或本国非法流通的麻黄素或伪麻黄素为原料的合成工艺.对新西兰非法制造冰毒所使用的易制毒化学品的情况分析,可以对我国的易制毒化学品管制提供一些参考和借鉴.

| Abstract: | With the overflow of narcotic drugs,the situation has worsened in New Zealand day by day.A significant domestic methamphetamine market has taken shape in New Zealand through illegal manufacture and import.Methamphetamine was composed of ephedrine by illicit and clandestine trafficking.It may afford us a useful lesson through the analysis of situation in New Zealand. |
