| 摘 要： | 《非法证据排除规定》施行以来,庭审工作出现了很多新情况,检察机关要高度重视,采取措施积极应对《非法证据排除规定》给检察机关自侦办案带来的考验,努力做到打击贪污贿赂犯罪的力度不减,办理贪污贿赂案件的质量上升。

| Abstract: | Since Regulation on Excluding Illegal Evidence was implemented,many problems have appeared in court trial,to which procuratorates should pay great attention,take measures to deal with the tests brought about by Regulation on Excluding Illegal Evidence,try to combat crimes such as embezzlement and bribery with same efforts and improve the quality of handling such cases. |
