中外罪犯分类的比较研究

中外的刑事法律法规中对罪犯分类有了一些规定,但因民族习俗、文化积淀和监狱行刑理念的不同,各国对罪犯分类的阐释和规定,也存在着很多差异。本文通过对罪犯分类进行的比较研究,论述了我国罪犯分类的新进展和存在的若干问题,提出了改进的建议,以期对我国罪犯分类制度完善有所裨益。

Comparative Analysis of Crime Classifications in China and Foreign Countries

There are stipulations in rules and regulations in different countries concerning crime cla-ssification. As there are different customs, different cultural deposits and different incarceration concepts, different countries have different explanations and stipulations about the classification. This article makes a comparative analysis of crime classifications in different countries, discusses new developments in China, points out existing problems and comes up with suggestions for improvement, with a view to helping bring about a better crime classification system in China.
