Socialist China in the 21th century is now facing a severe challenge from system of the capitalist coun- tries.China,on the one hand,can really solve the problems of unifying the controlling power over the political and eco- nomic situation and construction so as to push forward the historical process and the renaissance of the Chinese nation and,on the other hand,China can only realize its genuine national prosperity and national rejuvenation when it is capa- ble of masterfully dealing with and triumphs over the challenge from the capitalist world.
