中国政治文明的实质及其构建

政治文明作为社会文明的重要部分,是物质文明和精神文明的主导和保证,决定着精神文明的性质和发展方向,也是社会文明的主要标志。我们所要建设的政治文明,是中国特色的社会主义政治文明,其核心内容是社会主义民主政治,本质是人民当家作主。在当代中国,惟有中国共产党能够领导、组织和实施社会主义政治文明建设。党对政治文明的关注,体现了党作为执政党的进一步成熟。中国共产党只有与时俱进,不断提高执政水平,才能够领导广大人民群众创造出真正优越于资本主义的社会主义政治文明。

The Essence and the Structure of Chinese Political Civilization

Political civilization,as an important part of the social civilization,is the leading and the guaran- tee of the material civilization and spiritual civilization.It decides the nature and the development direction of the spiritual civilization.It is also the main symbol of the social civilization.The political civilization we are construc- ting now is the socialist political civilization with Chinese characteristics,and democratic politics as the core con- tent and the people mastering their own affairs as the essence.In recent China,only the Communist Party of Chi- na can lead,organize and carry out the construction of the socialist political civilization.Our party' s attention to the political civilization manifests the further mature as the incumbent Party.The Communist Party of China should keep pace with time and unceasingly raise the ruling level to lead the broad masses to create the socialism politi- cal civilization superior to the capitalism.
