信息化条件下公安机关创新企业保卫工作研究

公安机关要直面国际斗争的战略变局和我国企业在改革发展过程中产生的新问题、新情况,及时转变内保工作观念,树立把反恐维稳工作放在首位;管理和服务并重,促进企业经济发展以及依法稳妥处置涉企案事件的内保工作指导思想。统一内保机构建制,确立三级指导三级管理的内保体制。建立单位负责,公安监管;内保工作纳入社区警务;信息共享,协同管理;警企协作以及行业协会参与的内保工作新机制。通过指导企业制定反恐维稳预案,并加强演练;与时俱进掌握辖区企业基数,及时调整企业信息的采集范围;创新企业内部治安管控措施;充实社区警力,加强社区民警对企业的监督指导力度;创新警企联系方式,提升服务企业效能等举措来提升企业保卫工作的质量。
