Compromise: an Effective Mechanism of Interests Integration——Thinking Based on Interests Contradiction and Conflict of Different Social Strata

Reforms of economic system and political system necessarily result in polarization of strata.With increasing difference in income distribution of strata,interests conflict among them bring out with it.If conflicts can't be controlled or be solved and melted,they would ruin social stabilization and endanger national security.Conflict among strata is traceable to interest difference. How to coordinate and conciliate interests conflict among strata? The paper thinks that compromise is an effective method for coordinating and solving interest conflicts.By compromising,strata could form a basic interest consensus and social community.Studying interest compromise among strata is of theoretical and practical significance to further reform and build harmonious society.
