论科学发展观的科学体系和历史地位

十六大以来,以胡锦涛同志为总书记的新一届中央领导集体,在总结国内外发展经验的基础上,结合当前中国实际,与时俱进地提出了科学发展观这一科学理论.这一理论有着丰富的理论内涵和完整的科学体系,是在继承和发展邓小平理论、"三个代表"重要思想的基础上产生的,它是马克思主义在当代中国的新发展,是21世纪中国构建和谐社会与和谐世界的新的指导思想,具有重要的历史地位和时代意义.

The Scientific System and Historical Status of the Viewpoint of Scientific Development

After the 16~(th) National Congress of Communist Party of China,the new central collective leadership with Hu Jintao as General Secretary,came up with a scientific theory,that is,the viewpoint of scientific development,which keeps abreast of the times.The proposal was made on the basis of review of the development experiences both at home and abroad and the combination of theory and China's current situations.The viewpoint of scientific development boasts of rich theoretical connotations,among which development is the be-all and end-all;regarding people as foremost is the essential requirement;economic and social progress as well as human development in an all-round way are the value orientation;giving overall consideration and following path of comprehensive,harmonious and sustainable development are the core;relying on the masses,deepening the reform and opening China wider to the outside world are the elementary path;following path of peaceful development is the inherent idea.The viewpoint of scientific development forms as a complete scientific system.It is the inheritance and development of Deng Xiaoping Theory and the Important Thought of Three Represents.Besides,it is a brand-new invention of the mainstream ideology of Chinese society.Thus,it occupies an important historical status and great epochal significance.
