| 摘 要： | 全心全意依靠工人阶级始终是党的根本指导方针。在新的历史时期,国有企业工会要落实“依靠”方针,就必须努力做到政治上保证、制度上落实、素质上提高、权益上维护,充分调动、保护与发挥职工群众的生产建设积极性,促进企业健康、稳定、协调发展。

| Abstract: | Relying whole-heartedly on the working class is the Party's basic guideline all the time.Under a new era,the trade unions in SOEs should carry out "relying on" guideline,make great efforts to assure politically,carry out systematically,improve qualitatively,manoeuvre fully.They should safeguard workers and staff members' rights,protect and bring the initiative of the workers into full play of productive construction,promote a health,stable and coordinating development in enterprises. |
