| 摘 要： | 当前,对领导干部用权行为的监督制约工作主要存在着监督意识淡薄、重点不明、体制不顺等问题.完善领导干部用权行为的监督机制,一方面要强化领导干部用权行为的利益正向驱动,建立以利制权机制;另一方面要强化领导干部用权行为的约束力,建立以权制权机制.

| Abstract: | At present,there are some problems in the aspect of restraint on and supervision over leading officials' use of power.To tighten supervision over their use of power,on the one hand we should establish a mechanism under which power is restrained by benefit so as to make benefit become a driving force for officials' using power properly, on the other we should establish a mechahism under which power is restrained by power so as to make power constrained strictly. |
