滥用职权罪的立法价值及相关问题思考

On Legislative Value of Crime of Abuse of Power

The addition of crime of abuse of power in new Criminal Law can secure the realization of civil rights better and control the growth of corruption, which will, to a degree, spur the process of legal construction in China. However, both on paper and in practice, the identification of such a crime leads to some disputes. Therefore the discussion concerned will play a meaningful role in understanding the essence of criminal law.
