科学发展之多赢原理研究

贯彻科学发展观的第一要义是发展，发展自然会引起“资源”的再分配，再分配就会产生大量的竞争与合作、对抗与妥协的矛盾，协调解决这些矛盾必须提倡统筹发展，讲究统筹兼顾。这就是一个多赢问题。能否实现多赢是检验我们的工作是否科学发展的一个重要标准。本课题阐述了多赢问题的立场与观点，提出了怎样用这种原理去领导科学发展，并从方法论特征上探讨了多赢原理见之于实践的多种形式。

A Study of Multi-Win of Scientific Development

The Scientific Outlook on Development takes development as its essence. Development will naturally result in the re-allocation of the resources, which may lead to massive contradictions between competition and cooperation, resistance and compromise. Overall consideration is necessary to solve these contradictions. This is an issue of multi-win. Whether we can realize the multi-win is an important standard to examine the level of scientific development. The paper narrates the standpoint and views of multi-win, put forward how to use the principle to instruct the scientific development and discusses in methodology how to practice the principle.
