| 摘 要： | 人权是马克思主义的出发点。人的样式的多样性、复杂性以及个性与社会性的统一，是人的制度与文化的基础；而人的样式本质上是个体性与社会性的对立统一，它决定了我国的产权结构必然是个人所有制与公有制的对立统一。这也是向自然的回归。

| Abstract: | Human right is the starting point of Marxism. Human＇s style, as the basis of human＇s system and culture, is the unification of multiplicity, complexity, individuality and sociality. Human＇s style essentially is the unification and opposition of individuality and sociality, which decides that China＇s structure of property rights is the unification and opposition of individual ownership and public ownership. This also means to return to the nature. |
