| 摘 要： | 新中国建立以来，从毛泽东提出“向科学进军”的思想，到邓小平提出“科学技术是第一生产力”的理论，江泽民明确“科教兴国”基本国策，再到胡锦涛提出“建设创新型国家”战略目标，形成了一条中国特色科技现代化战略的创新体系。中国特色科技现代化创新体系以科学发展观为指导，以提高综合国力为关键，以构建和谐社会为目标，构成当代中国特色社会主义理论体系的重要组成部分。

| Abstract: | Since the founding and technology modernization with of new China, China has established an innovation system of strategy of science Chinese Characteristics through Mao Zedong＇s thought of marching to science, Deng Xiaoping＇s theory of science is the first production force, Jiang Zemin＇s policy of invigorating China through science and education to Hu Jintao＇s strategy of building innovative country. Innovation system of strategy of technology modernization with Chinese Characteristics, under the guidance of scientific outlook on development, focusing on the improving the comprehensive national strength and aiming at building harmonious society, is the important constituent of system of theories of socialism with Chinese characteristics. |
