| 摘 要： | 创新一系列农村土地管理制度已成为农村改革发展的当务之急。都市城郊县的特点，使望城县创新农村土地管理制度更具典型意义，以望城县为个案，对城郊县农村土地管理存在的问题、应当把握的重点、难点和改革的方向三个方面进行了分析和思考，提出制度创新的思路和工作改进的方法。

| Abstract: | Innovation of a series of rural land management system is urgent for the rural reform and development. The characteristics of suburb county makes Wang Cheng county＇ s innovation of rural land management system significant typically. The paper, taking Wang Cheng county as case, analyses and reflects the key, difficulties and reform direction of the land management system in rural of suburb county, and put forward the way of system innovation and work advancement. |
