| 摘 要： | 全文为三部分：一,国情特点在很大程度上决定了新中国的社会主义建设性质和建设道路的中国特色。二,如何解决资源和国际交换条件刚性约束下的中国现代化建设？正确处理农业工业关系是关键。陈云是真正认识这一关键问题的少数领导人之一。三,陈云关于正确处理工农-城乡关系的经济思想在当前仍有重大现实意义,在粮食和就业问题上尤为重要。

| Abstract: | The paper includes three parts.Firstly,in great degree,the national conditions decide the essence of new China s socialism building and the Chinese Characteristics of socialism building.Secondly,how to advance the building of Chinese modernization in the case of restraint of resources and international exchange？ It is the key to solve the relations of agriculture and industry.Chen yun is one of a few leaders understanding it.Thirdly,Chen yun s economic thoughts of solving correctively the relationship between agriculture and industry and that between the urban and the rural still has great practical significance, especially for the issue of grain and employment. |
