| 摘 要： | 社会转型中的城市社会群体问题是影响城乡社会整体和谐的重大问题。解决陕西城市社会群体问题应当以科学发展观为统领，着眼于经济社会的全面发展和最广大人民根本利益，紧紧抓住利益关系这个根本，统筹改革和发展的全局，从陕西的实际情况出发，整体谋划，标本兼治。

| Abstract: | The issues of urban social group in social transformation have great effects on the whole urban and rural social harmony. To solve the issues of Shaanxi urban social group, we should be guided by The scientific outlook on development, focus on the compressive economic and social development, hold tightly the interest relationships, overall consider the whole situation of reform and development, and make whole plan on the basis of Shaanxi realities. |
