中共中央北方局各抗日根据地的减租减息运动

中共中央北方局所辖区域处于华北地区中国人民抗日战争主战场。在极其艰难困苦的战争岁月中,为解决农民生活问题,巩固农村的抗日民族统一战线,北方局在所辖各抗日根据地大致分三个阶段,开展了广泛深入的减租减息运动,比较好地处理了农民与地主的关系,巩固和发展了抗日民族统一战线,促进了中国人民的抗日战争事业。

The area governed by the North bureau of the CPC central committee is the main battlefield of Chinese anti-Japanese war in north China.In the extremely difficult war time,for solving the peasant s life and consolidate the united front,the North bureau,carried out widespread and deeply the movement of reduction of rent and interest,through which the relations between the landlord and the peasant was solved properly,the anti-Japanese united front was consolidated and developed,and the cause of Chinese anti-Japanese war was advanced.
