| 摘 要： | 严复因其特殊的个人经历及知识结构,提出较为系统的宪政思想。同时,严复又认为中国国民素质尚未达到实行宪政的要求,主张缓行宪政,并将实现宪政之希望寄托于“权威”政治,其宪政理想最终在现实面前破灭。

| Abstract: | Because of Yan Fu's special experience and knowledge structure, he puts forward systematic Constitutionalism thought. Meanwhile, Yan Fu believes the Chinese people's quality haven't reached the degree that carry out the Constitutionalism immediately. He hopes the "authority" of politics can realize it in the future. His Constitutionalism ideal falls through finally. |
