党代会代表提案制度实践述评——兼论其发展基础与深化方向

A Review of Practice of the Representatives from Party Congress Proposal System——On Its Development Basis and Deepening Direction

After years of exploration and practice,the Party Congress representative proposals has been in gradual development, it has accumulated a certain foundation in the awareness level, theoretical research, and institutional construction scientific, but also accumulated some problems which are needed to deepen and perfect the inner - party regulations from the establishment of system standardization construction and party team building angle.
