| Abstract: | A lawyer is an important force to maintain social harmony and stability who can participate in admin- istrative litigation, prevent and resolve conflicts and disputes through a variety of non - litigation to assist the gov- ernment, especially the non - litigation dispute prevention and resolution can get twice the result with half the ef- fort. |
