| 摘 要： | 党的十八大报告强调,加强社会建设,既要注重民生的改善,也要加快社会管理的创新。而对于处在社会转型期的中国,创新社会管理体制更是至关重要。创新社会管理体制,不仅需要遵循社会管理体制创新的基本原则,宏观构思社会管理体制创新的理想模式,而且需要积极探寻社会管理体制的创新路径。
