| 摘 要： | 道路交通事故案件处理同其他案件处理一样，都必须遵守相应的法律法规的规定，本文针对目前道路事故案件处理中存在的一些质量问题，利用案例分析的方法，剖析了办案人员在依法履行职责、法律法规适用及办案人员专业知识缺乏的问题，并对如何提高办案人员专业素质、保证和提高办案质量提出了建议。

| Abstract: | Disposal quality of traffic accident eases, like disposal quality of other cases, should follow the relevant laws or regulations. In view of some present problems of disposal quality of the traffic, accident cases, the article analyses the problem of case handlers when they do their duties in accordance with the law and apply the law and regulations and their shortage of professional knowledge by means of case analysis. It also proposes constructively how to improve the pro- fessional quality, ensure and better their quality of handling the case. |
