| 摘 要： | 为了增强医疗纠纷鉴定的中立性与公信力,本文论证了在医疗纠纷鉴定制度的设计上提供一些诸如异地鉴定和鉴定过程公开等更能让患方理解并接受的选择的必要性和可行性。同时探讨了异地鉴定和鉴定过程公开的操作原则和实施效果。

| Abstract: | To strengthen neutrality and confidence of malpractice appraisal,it is necessary and feasible to offer some choice in appraisal system design,like that malpractice appraisal is made by appraisers from the expert group of the medical association of other city and public appraisal,so that the parties concerned are readily receptive to the appraisal conclusions. |
