| Abstract: | The two dimensional system, the rural and the urban, formed in the period of the ＂planned economy＂. It causes the migrant rural workers moving from countryside to city and their legal rights cant get protected. Thus, a series of social problems arise, and has become a crisis in the construction of social security system. |
