试论加快我国内外贸一体化进程

在我国流通领域,内贸、外贸分兵割据由来已久。随着改革开放的深化和市场经济的发展,客观上要求我们必须加快实行内外贸一体化经营与管理。加快内外贸一体化进程应制定长远规划从多个方面逐步推行,主要包括赋予内贸企业外贸经营权力、重视外贸企业组织创新、发展大型流通集团、加强复合型人才的培养等途径。
