| Abstract: | On the 16th Representatives' Congress of CPC, CPC took the important theory of "Three representatives" as its guiding thought. This is a historic decision as well as a scientific orientation. It's required to well know the scientific orientation in the aspects of historical status, significance, basic requirement and innovative value. |
