摘    要:就业歧视现象在我国越来越严重,究其原因,有用人单位用人观念和劳动力市场供需比例不平衡等因素,更是因为法律制度不健全而造成。从立法上合理地界定就业歧视,明确歧视者的法律责任,完善被歧视者的救济途径是反就业歧视的核心问题。

Abstract:The problem of employment prejudice has become more and more serious.It may be caused by the people's views of employing unit,unbalanced rate of supplying and needing in the labour market and imperfect legal system.The main problem of resisting against the employment prejudice is to stipulate employment prejudice in legislation,clear the legal liability and perfect the remedy to those prejudiced.
