试论中俄文化交流与合作

随着中俄关系日趋紧密,两国经贸合作从形式到内容有了很大进步,但政热经冷现象没发生本质变化。文化认同与接纳是影响中俄合作进一步深化的重要因素。加强中俄文化合作,必须扩大文化交流的主体结构,巩固中俄友好的社会基础;积极开发文化精品,打造民族品牌;大力提高人民群众的文化素质。

A Tentative Study on Cultural Exchange and Cooperation between China and Russia
