对当代问题大学生个性缺陷的若干思考

对当代大学生培养目标的研究 ,不应当停留在抽象的口号提倡或者机械的字义解释的层面上 ,应当把将当代大学生培养成为头脑有主见、行为有道德、肩膀有责任、腹中有才干、眼睛有乾坤、胸中有理想 ,脚踏实地 ,可以让党放心、让政府放心、让社会放心、让大学放心、让用人单位放心、让家庭放心的社会主义接班人作为具体的培养目标 ,然而 ,当代大学生中的一些人所存在的个性缺陷 ,却对这种培养目标的实现构成了冲击 ,因此 ,对当代大学生中的一些人所存在的个性缺陷的表现形式、原因及其矫正的策略进行研究 ,不但具有理论意义 ,还具有现实的意义。

Thoughts on Individual Flaws of College Students in the Present Age

The study on training purpose of college students should not stay only on the level of abstract advocacy of some slogans or the literal explanations. They should be cultivated as the qualified successors of socialism. But the existence of individual flaw in some students have impacted on the realization of this purpose. So, the study on this problem will holds both theoretical and practical meanings.
