| 摘 要： | 协办大学士刚毅,任职地方时清正廉洁、务实能干,在审案、屯田、治水等方面取得一定的成就,从而步步高升;另一方面刚毅又是一个极端守旧的官僚,他坚决反对戊戌变法,对义和团运动的盲目排外也起了极其恶劣的作用。倭仁、徐桐、李鸿藻等晚清守旧派的守旧表现为固守程朱理学,而刚毅的守旧主要体现在他的从政实践中,因此说刚毅是一个务实的守旧派官僚。

| Abstract: | Xie-ban-da-xue-shi Gang Yi, who was honest and upright, capable and practical when he was a local official, won promotion step by step for his achievements in trial, "Tuntian" and irrigation works. At the same time, Gang yi was also a conservative bureaucrat. He was firmly against Wu-Xu Reform. He tried hard to use the Boxer Uprising against foreign invaders. Gang Yi was a conservative and practical bureaucrat. |
