“苏俄”、共产国际与二十世纪二三十年代中国共产党的反帝废约政策

20世纪二三十年代,"苏俄"通过共产国际对中国共产党的反帝废约政策进行了一系列指导与指示。其中,既有促使中共制定包含反帝废约目标的革命纲领,在反帝废约斗争中实行统一战线的策略的积极成果,也有苏联出于自身利益的考虑而指示中共发起"左"的全面的反帝废约运动,使革命力量遭受损失的消极影响。随着日本侵华步伐的加快,在苏联和共产国际的影响下,中共逐步调整反帝废约策略,确立了以反对日本帝国主义为主,联合一切同情中国民族解放运动的民族和国家的政策。

“Soviet Russia”,the Communist International and the CPC’s Policy of Opposing Imperialism and Striving for Abrogation of Unequal Treaties in the 1920s and 1930s

In the 1920s and 1930s,"Soviet Russia" gave a series of instructions to the Communist Party of China through the Communist International with regard to the CPC’s policy of opposing imperialism and striving for abrogation of unequal treaties.Of these instructions,some yielded positive results for they urged the CPC to work out a revolutionary program and adopt a strategy of forming a united front in its fighting against imperialism and for abrogation of unequal treaties while some others had negative influences and caused losses to the revolution because they were issued out of "Soviet Russia’s" own interests to demand the CPC set off an all-round anti-imperialist "Left" revolutionary upsurge for abrogation of unequal treaties.With the quickening of steps of Japanese aggression against China,the CPC,under the influence of the Soviet Union and the Communist International,gradually adjusted its strategy of opposing imperialism and striving for abrogation of unequal treaties and established the policy of uniting all the nations and countries that sympathized with China’s movement of national liberation.
