| 摘 要： | 在全球化进程中,任何一个国家或民族都面临着一个如何正确处理弘扬本民族的法律文化与吸收外来法律文化,建立符合国情、民情的法律制度与加强国际间法律合作的关系问题,也就是如何确定其法律发展的道路问题。而要解决这一问题,必须以法律发展的多样性和趋同性作为其立足点,即在求同存异的过程中,寻求多样性的统一。
