从历年《国家赔偿法》可看出,我国的国家赔偿确立的是多元的国家赔偿归责原则,就我国国情而言,应当采用过错原则、无过错原则、公平原则作为归责原则,这样才能加强政府的责任感、保障公民的权利。

It can be seen from the state compensation law in the past that the state compensation of our country defines multiple liability principle of sate compensation.In terms of China’s national conditions,the fault principle,no-fault principle and fair principle ought to be adopted,so as to strengthen the government’s responsibility to protect citizens’ rights.
