| 摘 要： | 我国社会主义市场经济发展初期存在着的诚信失衡、信用制度缺陷、法律制度不完善等问题。要发展经济信用,就必须保护债权,遵守信用交易规则,对信用权进行设计,讲究信用限制等。为此,有必要建立一个全新的信用法律制度体系。

| Abstract: | In the early age of our socialist market economy,there still exist such problems as imbalance of faithfullness,defect of credit system,defect of legal system,and so on.To develop economic credit we must protect the debt-right,obey rules of credit-trade,design the right of credit,and pursue cimit of credit.Therefore it is necessary to establish a new legal credit system. |
