| Abstract: | The campaign against Chongqing's gangsters has been the largest and most controversial campaign against crimes.In the process,various new features occurred.From the perspective of the policy of tempering justice with mercy to reflect on its gains and losses,it has great significance to fight against organized crimes by adhering to the scientific criminal policy. |
