| 摘 要： | 赔偿法的修改对公安监管工作提出了更严格的要求,适应赔偿法的修改需要不断创新公安监管工作,实施监、侦分离,创新赔偿案件的审查方式,强化公安行政追偿力度,让当事民警参与赔偿程序,使公安监管工作更加规范,减少公安赔偿案件的发生。

| Abstract: | The modification of Compensation Law puts forward a stricter request to the police supervision work.To respond the reform,we should continuously innovate the public security work,carry out the separation between surveillance and investigation,enhance the administrative power of police's compensation,let policemen participate in compensation procedure,normalize the police work and reduce the compensation cases. |
