| 摘 要： | 刑事数字影像因为易于添加、删改和替换 ,其真实性一直受到怀疑 ,其证据适用问题也不断受到争论。作为法庭科学中一种强有力的技术手段 ,刑事数字影像满足证据的三个基本属性 ,具有证据资格 ;它主要是以影像信息来反映事实并证明案件真实情况的 ,在证据类属上应当归为视听资料 ;加密技术与规范措施是保证数字影像真实性的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Since criminal digital images can be easily added, deleted and changed, or replaced, their authenticity are suspected all the time, and their application as proofs have been constantly argued. As strong technical means, criminal digital images meet the satisfaction of proof's three basic attributes so that they are qualified to be proofs. They mainly reflect the cases' real situation and then proves their truth, they are regarded as visual audio materials. And, to strengthen technical and standard measures is an effective way to guarantee the reality of digital images. |
