农村法治建设若干基本问题的思考

本文的基本框架是在准备为中共中央第九次法制讲座的过程中形成的。它着重从依法保障和促进农村的改革、发展与稳定的重要意义、国外农业和农村法治建设的经验和启示以及依法保障和促进农村的改革、发展与稳定的若干重要环节等三个方面,对加强农村法治建设进行了阐述。

Observations on the Fundamental Problems Concerning Legal Construction in the Rural Areas of China

This article, framed up when the authors were preparing for the ninth lecture on the laws for the state leaders, centers on the following the aspects: the significance of guaranteeing and promoting the reform and stability of the rural areas by law in foreign countries, experience and enlightenment of constructing principle of" ruling by law", and some other problems about guaranteeing and promoting the reform and development in the ed areas of China by law while the authors argue about the establishment of the legal system in the countryside in theory and practice.
