| 摘 要： | 公民政治参与的良性发展和执政文明建设是互相依存的关系。执政文明建设的立足点和归宿,理应建立在公民有序、有效、有利的政治参与基础上,这样的政治生态,恰恰是文明执政和政治现代化的根本性标尺。执政文明建设与我国公民政治参与的良性互动,应从意识建设、制度建设、行为实践等方面大力推进。

| Abstract: | The favorable development of citizen's political participation and the construction of ruling civilization consist in interdependency.The pou sto and end-result of ruling civilization construction should be founded upon citizen's political participation of order,validness and favor.Such political ecosystem just is a fundamental dimension to ruling civilization and political modernization.The beneficial interaction between citizen's political participation and ruling civilization construction are bound to move along with ideological construction,system improvement and behavior practice,etc. |
