Besides the importance in the history of criminal law, it still can help a lot to perfect the criminal sanctions system in China. In this article, on the basis of brief introduction, general requisites of security measure are analyzed from both the material and the procedure. And then after introducing the approximate measure in China and its defects, the way of perfection will be suggested.
