| Abstract: | Vaccine safety concerns the whole society, while ＂Shanxi vaccine case＂ raises many problems, we shuold consider it. At present, public health and safety have become increasingly attracted the concern of the government and people, this article focused on criminal law system from the perspective of research on responding to public health events with a view to the theory of practice to provide bit by bit to help. |
