加强党的整合作用巩固党的执政基础

各国共产党的实践证明,能否有效地实行政治整合,对于巩固共产党的执政基础至关重要。社会主义市场经济条件下社会的多样化发展,使共产党的整合作用面临着新形势、新任务、新挑战。我们要按照“三个代表”的要求,在政治上、思想上、组织上、制度上采取相应策略,加强共产党对自身和社会的整合作用。

Strengthen Consolidation Function of the Party to Consolidate its Foundation for Ruling the Country

Experiences of the communist parties as ruling parties of the counties in the world have proved it is of utmost importance for them to consolidate their foundations in ruling their countries so that they are able to conduct political consolidation in an effective way. The communist party is now confronted with new tasks and challenges in its ruling of the country with the growing diversification of social development under the condition of socialist market economy. We must adopt new corresponding tactics politically, ideologically, organizationally and in relation to systems in order to intensify the function of the party for adjusting itself and the country in the spirit of the "three represents".
