| 摘 要： | 本文经实验研究,确定了在酸性条件下用氯仿作为萃取剂,萃取液经酸性氧化铝柱净化,分段收集冼脱液的方法,使杀鼠迷回收率在不低于70%的基础上,脂肪及其它杂质近乎完全清除。杀鼠迷的检测采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),紫外检测灵敏度达10~(-9)g。并对杀鼠迷中毒家兔的尿液进行了分析,发现一次性服用20mg/kg 体重的家兔,在45h 的尿液中,尚能检出其原形物。

| Abstract: | This paper has established the procedure to isolate Coumatetralyl by extra- ction with acidified chloroform,purifying with an acidic aluminumoxide column and then gradient elution.The recovery of Coumatetralyl is not less than 70% while fats and other impurities are almost completely removed.The Couma- tetralyl is detected by HPLC using an UV-detector which is sensitive to 10~(-9) gram.This method has been used to detect Coumateralyl in the urine of rabbits poisoned by it.The original form of Coumatetralyl can be detected in the urine of rabbits poisoned by an oral dose of 20mg/kg even to 45 hours after ingestion. |
