| 摘 要： | 广州市社会工作职业化过程的政策选择中，政府可以考虑各方利益主体，选择适应经济社会发展的间接经营的政策模式。而且，高等院校的倡导、社会服务机构的发展、政府部门的协调、服务对象的需要等各方是可以整合在一起的，这些都会推动社会工作职业化、专业化的发展，推动社会发展。

| Abstract: | While selecting policies in the process of social work professionalization in Guangzhou, the government can consider all beneficiary subjects and choose the indirect management policy model suitable for economic society development. Furthermore, the avocation from colleges, the development of social service organizations, coordination among sections in government and demand of serving objects can combine together, and all above can push the social work professionalization maj orization and development of society. |
