| Abstract: | Chinese modern Journal of Law and Political Science is the main medium by which modern scholars went deep into studying the analytical law. The introduction and review of analytical law in the modern Journals of Law and Political Science, as well as the emergence and development of the "new analytical law of China" accord with the aim of Chinese modern Journals of Law and Political Science of "pursuing truth and exerting practice". A lifelike prospect of development of analytical law was also described at one time. |
