| 摘 要： | 普通本科高校转型高职教育为高等职业教育改革带来新的挑战。高职院校应适时提升高职人才培养规格,以培养高素质技能型人才为目标。学生管理作为高职人才培养规格提升的重要环节,应发挥其思想政治教育作用,通过转变观念、提升内涵、德智双兼、宽严相济、制度与文化建设等手段,协同高职教育教学工作,培养适应社会竞争的高级技术应用性人才。
