参政学是有中国特色的一门科学

在人民当家作主的社会主义国家里 ,参政是一大类政治现象、政治行为或政治活动。社会主义中国广泛的人民参政政治实践孕育着并呼唤着科学的理论概括 ,要求科学理论的指导。本文指出 ,科学的参政理论应当是以马克思主义为指南的参政学。在初步界定了政治和参政等概念的含义之后 ,本文对于“参政学为什么是一门科学”和“有中国特色的社会主义为什么需要参政党”这两个问题 ,根据马列主义、毛泽东思想特别是邓小平理论的基本原理 ,回顾中外史实 ,结合中国现实政治发展的状况 ,加以论证 ,给予肯定的答案 ,为参政学的学科建设内容提出了一个初步的学术研究框架。

Political Participation Science Is a Science Having Great Need for Socialism with Chinese Characteristics

Chairman Jiang said,we should arm our people's mind with scientific theory.To carry out the instruction,after defining the true meaning of politics and political partcipation in our socialist country,the author of the article argues that the political participation science is a Science and that the socialism with chinese characteristics stands in need of it,and ,according to the key stones of Marxism,especially of Deng Xiaoping theory,a preliminary learning framework for academic research work about this science is also presrnted in the paper as well.
