People of other places want to abolish this corrupt custom because of its hurting the women and children mentally and physically. However, the advocators inside the culture hold that they should enjoy their right of self-determination and the outside world should not impose other values upon them. In the context of matched opposites, how the female victims of Africa suffering from female circumcision rid themselves of this corrupt custom through self-awareness has been the focus of attention all over the world.
